Over the past few months, so many people have gone out of their way for us. There are so many people to thank – from across the world to across the street, friends we haven’t seen in years, family, church family, strangers whom we have never met – a great many people have touched our lives over the last several months.
Honestly, people have done so much for us and on our behalf, we cannot even remember it all. We have witnessed an outpouring of love that we have not seen in our entire lives.
You have prayed and believed,
You have cooked,
You have made deliveries,
You have cleaned our home,
You have gone to doctor’s appointments,
You have shared our story,
You have cried with us,
You have conspired on our behalf,
You have offered your time,
You have taken photos,
You have offered advice and encouragement,
You have blessed us with the sweetest baby blankets, keepsakes and clothes,
You have given financially,
You have supported us,
And the thing we cherish the most….You have loved and celebrated our daughter, London Joy.
I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. -Philippians 1:3-6 NIV
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
*the picture is above are just some of the many cards that were mailed to us as part of a secret conspiracy. There are dozens of others that we have received over the last few month that are not pictured.
I am just hearing your story this morning and wanted to tell you that even in the final hour I am praying for you and your SweetPea as you get to meet her face to face. For the Lord declares that “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” May the Lord be your strong hold and may He shelter you in the shadow of His wings. If you have not done so already, I would highly encourage you to connect with Cherising the Journey. I know some of these wonderful women personally, and know what a blessing the group has been to them.
